Go2sACN

Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

Go2sACN is a lighting control app for iPhone and iPad, made by Cool Mountain LLC. It collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and the app contains no third-party code that reports anywhere.

What the app sends

• Lighting data. Go2sACN sends sACN (E1.31) to the lighting network your device is on, which is what controls your lights. It goes only to that local network.
• Fixture library updates. When your device is online, the app checks fixtures.go2cue.com (at most once a day, or when you tap Check for New Fixtures) and downloads new fixture definitions. The request asks for the library and nothing else; it carries nothing about you, your device or your shows. Like any web request it comes from your internet address. Cloudflare, which hosts the library, handles that address to deliver the files. We keep no record of who checked.

Purchases

Go2sACN Full and the universe add-ons are bought through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles the payment. The app learns only which of them your Apple ID owns, from Apple, on your device. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details.

Your shows

Shows, patches and cues are saved on your device. They leave it only when you choose to share a show file yourself, through the share sheet, to wherever you send it.

Fixture requests

If you ask us for a fixture, your mail app sends an email to fixtures@go2cue.com. We use it only to answer you and to add the fixture, and we don't share it.

Children

Go2sACN collects nothing from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this ever changes, this page will say so first, with a new date at the top.
